1992– Joins Coldwell Banker real estate the largest local company in the market
1994– GRI ( Graduate Realtors Institute) Certification 120 Hours of classroom training
1996– ABR ( Accredited Buyers Representative) Certification 80 Hours of classroom training
1997– Recruited to be the Managing Broker of Fox & Lazo Realtors Bear Delaware office.
2008—Re-entered the real estate sales market after managing thousands of transactions and recruiting hundreds of agents over the last decade.
